The Snake: A River in Trouble? Module 13 Thinking about Findings, New Ideas and the Challenge of Persuasion Now that you and your partner have spent a considerable amount of time exploring the issue of what the new president should do about the Snake River, it is time to start thinking about your presentation. How ready are you to take a stand and defend it persuasively? Have you developed sufficient insight to proceed to the final stage of reporting: QUESTIONING PLANNING GATHERING SORTING & SIFTING SYNTHESIZING EVALUATING (repeat cycle?) > REPORTING   Can you put the pieces of the puzzle together? What is it that you want to say? What arguments can you muster to build your case? Do you need to do any more research?   Your workshop leader will demonstrate how to begin an outline in PowerPoint™. It is time to start sketching out what your presentation may include. You may still do research if you find a need developing.     Please do not proceed to the next module until asked to do so.
