| When you use presentation software it pays to think of your slides sequenced somewhat like a story board.
You may want to begin by creating several dozen slides with nothing more than headings in the outline view to map out what you have in mind presenting. |

| After your workshop leader demonstrates this story boarding technique, try it out with the material you have created for the Snake River project.
Once you have such an outline, you can view, rearrange and modify your slides in the Slide Sorter view. |
